- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 16th Contracting Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida intends to solicit, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the purchase of 15 each Yamaha TT-R250 motorcycles (or equal), new, blue in color, with the following additional accessories on each motorcycle: Kick-Start Kits, Hand-Guards, and Mounts; plus install labor and shipping charges to Hurlburt Field, FL.
