- Description
- Buckley Air Force Base, CO has a requirement for an Administrative Assistance. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, transportation and services for administrative and secretarial support to the Transition Assistance Program Manager and for the Airmen and Family Readiness Center (AFRC) staff, as required in administering the Base Transition Assistance programs. This position will involve performing secretarial services and some information technology related tasks, requiring independent judgment, initiative and discretion. Responsibilities include but not limited to greeting visitors, answering phones, receiving and distributing mail and correspondence, photocopying, maintaining files, ordering supplies and issuing correspondence. The anticipated performance periods are a base year (1 September 06 ? 31 July 2007) plus one option 1 period (August 2007 - 31 July 2008). The upcoming RFP will be available on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFP will be available on or about 31 July 2006. The RFP will close on or about 15 August 2006 with an anticipated award date of 1 September 2006. The proposed requirement will be Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (Numbered Note 29). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, 13 and 15. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed price type contract. Basis of award will be the evaluation factors as stated in FAR 52.212-2. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/) Contractors must submit their representation and certification at the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA). (See Internet site: http://orca.bpn.gov) The awardee will be required to submit their invoice via WAWF (See Internet Site: http://www.wawftraining.com. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 561110, 6.5 million dollars.
