- This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado to determine the size, and type of businesses able to provide and install a complete turn-key Bi Directional Amplifier system . This system must conform to Motorola R56 Installation Guidelines and be fully operational.
