Delivery: 30 June 2007. Item 0003: 6650-01-537-2209LG; Noun: Heads Up Display (HUD) Combiner; P/N: 1500-2210-001; Quantity: 1 EA; Function: Provides attitude, airspeed, altitude, flight path, and guidance to the pilot in symbolic format. Delivery: 30 June 2007. A firm fixed price requirement is contemplated. FOB Origin applies. Delivery will be to FB2065 (Robins AFB). The estimated issue date for the solicitation to www.FedBizOpps.gov will be 8 August 2006 with an estimated response date by 7 September 2006 (or 30 days after actual RFP post date), and an estimated award date by 30 September 2006 to Rockwell, cage code 6U346. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: initial spares buy, supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in addition the government does not own the data rights for the items being solicited. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
