- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for caution Endangered Species signs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F1TEAH6165A100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339950, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This notice is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for CLIN 0001, QTY (6,000) Six thousand signs: 10? x 10? .040 gauge aluminum reflective yellow background; standard black and red with ?? white stripe to edge; half-inch radius corners with two holes (one at top and one at bottom); single-sided with ?Endangered Species Site, Red-Cockaded Woodpecker, Do Not Disturb, Restricted Activity?, and an illustration of the red-cockaded woodpecker. An example of the requested sign will be provided to all interested in providing a quote. Items are to be delivered to 107 Highway 85 North, Niceville, FL 32578.
