- The VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item consignment agreement with Flo Tec Orthotic and Prosthetic. Period of Performance will be one year from date of award with four options to extend. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. If however, any source believes it can provide the items described above it is encouraged to email Robin Tice, Contracting Officer at: robin.tice@med.va.gov. Supporting evidence (i.e. authorized distributor certification, etc.) must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
