- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix Regional Office, 3333 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85012-2402 is seeking Chapter 36 counseling services for eligible Veterans referred by the Phoenix VA Regional Office, for a base period of October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with four option years ending September 30, 2011, per the performance requirements in the solicitation 345-0002-06. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for the services is 611710 and the Business Size Standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 24, 2006, with a due date of August 24, 2006, by 3:00PM US/Arizona MST. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or the federal website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies.
