Description

Full Service Maintenance Contract for Philips Model MX8000 Cat Scan, Serial No. 9080, No. 30078 (includes gantry, table, power, system, operators console, MXView workstation, monitors, x-ray tube, etc.) for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with options to extend the term of the contract for two additional one-year periods. North American Industry Classification System No. 811219, with a size standard of $6.5 million is applicable. Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued as authorized by FAR 13.5, commercial item format. RFQ will be available approximately July 26, 2006 at no cost from the following URL: htt;://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Offerors will need to click on the RFQ VA-249-06-RQ-0001 in order to download the solicitation documents. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
