- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm-Fixed Price, Small Business Set-Aside Purchase Order for Psychiatric Consultation services at the Red Lake PHS IHS Hospital in Red Lake, Minnesota. Must be available to provide a maximum of twenty-six (26) on-site visits during a calendar year, services being provided form a minimum of seven to a maximum of nine hours per visit. Period of performance will be from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside purchase order. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 8, 2006. The closing date of this RFQ package is August 25, 2006.
