- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY ? The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The American Academy of Pediatrics, 141 Northwest Point Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase 81 pages for a special Supplement to the Journal of Pediatrics to present the results of the 2003 ? 2004 National Survey of Children?s Health (NSCH) and mailing with an option to purchase an additional 12 pages. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13.5. The period of performance for this project is 3 months. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
