- Description
- The Gifford Pinchot National Forest is soliciting prospective contractors for roadside brushing on the Mt. Adams Ranger District and the Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. There is an estimated 60 miles of road to brush between the two locations. Contract performance period for this project will be 90 days with work starting on or about July 17, 2006. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 with a corresponding size standard of $6.5 million. This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated date of issuance for the solicitation is June 21, 2006. Contract will be awarded to the offeror presenting the best value to the Forest Service based upon; price; experience; and past performance. Prospective contractors and subcontractors are requested to self-register below to receive notification of any postings concerning this project. The solicitation, and any amendments, will be made available at this Internet site. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Forest Service.
