- The Lassen National Forest has a variety of facilities in northeast California. These facilities include buildings, vehicle fueling stations, potable water systems, wastewater systems, utilities and other structures. Maintenance and replacement of these facilities and systems are required on a regular basis. This solicitation is for general building contractors, roofers, plumbers, floor layers and various building construction crafts. Multiple awards are intended and expected. Awards will be made for initial (base) year and four option years. This solicitation will be available on or around July 25, 2006.
