Description

THIS MODIFIES THE ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO CHANGE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER ONLY, FROM SP0406-06-R-2256 TO SP0406-06-Q-9535. NSN: 9150-01-422-8750. Lubricating Oil, Engine. Quantity is 4320 CO (container contains 5 gallons). This Solicitation SP0406-06-R-2256 will result in a firm fixed price definite quantity contract and is being solicited as Unrestricted, Fully Competitive i/a/w SAE specification J2363. QPL applies. MSDS/Labeling, Shelf Life, QAP 126, and ABVS apply. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination for stock location, SRG, Richmond VA. The Government's required delivery schedule is 30 DARO. Quantity variance of +/-5% applies. Item is Commercial and will be solicited in accordance with procedures of FAR 13.5. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
