Description

NAICS Code 511210. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Support DES (DES) Contracting Services (DES-A), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with COOP Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to provide Maintenance and updates for 5 Users, 25 additional planners, and 180 additional contributors for the Defense Logistics Agency J-644 beginning 1 August 2006 thru 31 July 2007. This notice is not a request for quotations. COOP Systems, Inc. is the only known contractor with the proprietary rights to provide Maintenance and updates for 5 Users, 25 additional planners, and 180 additional contributors. This notice will be displayed until 4:00 PM EST Monday, July 27, 2006. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
