- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to modify the Minimum Qualifications for the position of Management & Program Analyst, Office of Human Resources. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the areas of personnel policy development, human resources management, allowances and benefits, etc. or an advanced degree in Business, Economics or related field. Familiarity with US Foreign Service Assignment process and policies. Knowledge of organization and structure of USG organizations overseas as it pertains to human resource management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with numerous offices and individuals in the production of joint products, particularly experience coordinating with program representatives located overseas and in other Bureaus within USAID, or other agencies in the USG; U.S. citizenship and ability to receive a U.S. Government security clearance is a requirement in accordance with USAID hiring policy. The closing date of August 18, 2006 remains the same. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
