- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0316 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 333120 and small business size standard 750 employees. (v) PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, FACILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING; 0001 - ASSEMBLE AND MOUNT TWO (2) MOBILE WASH RIGS CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING: LANDA PGH W 5-35324E 5 GPM, 3500 PSI HOT PRESSURE WASHER 2 EACH 0002 - TANDEM AXLE TRAILER - 2 EACH (2 axle per trailer, pinal hook) 0003 - COX REEL HOSE REELS W/100' HOSE - 4 EACH ((1) garden hose And (1) High pressure hose each unit) 0004 - NOVWESCO 525 GAL TANK W/BANDS - 2 EACH (tank and hookup for Soap/chemical) 0005 - LABOR AND MATERIAL TO MOUNT- 2 EACH "OR EQUAL" QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. (vi) Delivery is to take place 30 days after delivery of contract (ADC).FOB Destination is preferred to AMARC Central Receiving, 4860 S.
