- This project is classified as construction and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related items to install air-cooled water chiller, pump and related piping and insulation, coil-filter assembly, new return air ductwork with registers, new insulation on existing ductwork, related electrical work and relocation of Fire Department connections and piping. An option bid is included which consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related items to install attic insulation. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-06-R-0016 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238220. The small business size standard is $13 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE MAILED. Reference the solicitation for the correct response date. All amendments will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the webpage frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this acquisition.
