- Description
- This is a painting requirements on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, supervision and services, except as specified herein as government furnished property to provide protective coatings for various base facilities. The contractor shall also stripe parking lots, apply traffic markings, airfield markings, install vinyl wall coverings, tape/bed texture gypsum board, and apply skim coats when required. The contractor shall also make repairs to gypsum board walls which will not exceed 32 square feet per job order. All facilities will be occupied during standard hours of operation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238320 and the size standard is $12,000,000. Performance period is 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 (for the base year), plus 4 option years. This action will be awarded under the HUBZone set-aside program. The magnitude of the base year is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible responsive sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offeror(s) must have a CAGE code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
