- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Clause 6.302-1(c) with SBS Group, 145 Talmadge Road, Suite 14, Edison, NJ 08817 for annual support and maintenance for Great Plains Software The National Archives and Records Administration has a requirement for the continued support and maintenance for Great Plains Software. The contractor shall provide the Service Option Plan: Great Plains- Enhancement Program. The Software Enhancement Program should include FRx webview (v7.x)FRx Webport (v8.0)-10 Users FRx Report Server- 1 user, FRx Report Laucher- 2 users FRx Professional- 4 users FRx Drill Down Viewer- 8 Users FRx Currency Translation, Field Level Security, Multidimensional Analysis, Smartlist, Business Portal, Account Level Security, National Accounts, Anatytical Accounting, Receivable Management, System Manager- 10 Users Purchase order Processing/Receivings, Language: English, Project Accounting, Process Server. Intercompany, Integration Manager Financials, Integration Manager Distribution, Refund Checks, General Ledgers. The supplies and services to be provided are commercial with the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212.1. This statutory authority for other than full and open is USC 2304 (c) (1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary items must indicate their interest on or before August 1, 2006 by FAX at (301) 837-3227. Oral communications are not acceptable. No quotation/proposal received in response to this notice shall be considered since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotation/proposal. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source contract. The purchase order will be issued on or about August 1, 2006 and will be for a period of one year with (4) twelve month option years. The NAICS code is 541511 Computer Software Support Services and the small business standard is 500 Employees. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
