- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) number JFK06Q00027. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation is unrestricted. Following is the Schedule that must be submitted. The item details are provided in the following order: Line item number, Description, Quantity, and Unit. In your bid, please provide a unit price and total cost for each sub-line item. 0001 ? Stage Panels, 4ft x 8ft, Harlequin Standard, 260 Each; 0002 ? Stage Panels (OH 16, ET 12), 4ft x 4ft, Harlequin Standard, 56 Each; 0003 ? Ramp Perimeters, 96 Each; 0004 ? Kerb Parameters, 24 Each; 0005 ? Freight, 1 Lot. Installation is not required. No Substitution Accepted. All items shall be shipped to Loading Dock #1 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, 2700 F. Street, NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 by August 28, 2006. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. A complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items shall be returned with the completed Schedule via fax at (202) 416-8975 or e-mail to gfriedbauer@kennedy-center.org no later than 5:00pm EST on 7/28/06.
