See uploaded file under PRESOLICITATION NOTICE GS-04P-06-RT-P-0051 for solicitation package seeking a vendor to provide and install one walk-in freezer as per the below Scope of Work Walk-In Freezer ? U.S.Customs Lab U.S.Customs Lab SPA Industries Park 204 Bourne Blvd Savannah, Georgia. PROJECT SUMMARY: This project involves the Supply and Installation of a Walk-In Freezer, including the Electrical Service from an existing panel. SCOPE OF WORK GENERAL: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to safely complete the work detailed below. 1. Furnish and install one 10? x 12? x 10? walk-in freezer box suitable for outdoor installation. 2. Freezer to have a four foot door, interior light fixture, floor, and temperature gauge. 3. Evaporator shall be 208 volts with electric defrost heaters and timer. 4. Condenser shall be 230 volt 3 phase unit suitable for outdoor installation. 5. Provide electrical heat wrap for drain line, LLS, LLV, Thermostat, and winter low ambient controls, all Freon and piping All work will be completed during normal business hours. Work will be staged to allow continued operation of the office throughout the course of the project if necessary. WORKMANSHIP: All work shall meet or exceed the best practices and standards of the trades involved. Electrical work shall be in accordance with the current edition of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Sprinkler work shall be in accordance with the current edition of the International Fire Code and applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes. All construction work shall be in accordance with the current edition of the International Building Codes (IBC). All materials and equipment shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions using materials recommended and/or approved by the manufacturer. SPECIAL STIPULATIONS: Contractor is responsible for verification of all measurements, quantities, and items detailed in this Scope of Work. All work shall be closely coordinated with the occupants of the area to minimize disruption of normal work in the area. Contractor shall remove all trash and debris generated as a result of this work on a daily basis; and avoid blocking of aisles, exits and access to equipment at all times. All electrical outages, fire system outages, or other building system disruptions shall be coordinated with, and approved by building operations personnel. All penetrations of fire or smoke rated walls shall be patched and sealed with fire rated caulk. A permit from GSA Property Management shall be required for any welding work. The contractor shall be required to provide information required and assist the building operations personnel in updating the building prints. The contractor shall provide building operations personnel with two copies of installation, operation, maintenance, and parts manuals for all equipment installed as part of this project. Contractor shall provide building operations personnel with two copies of any drawings necessary for the work. The contractor shall provide building operations personnel with the manufacture?s name, product number, color number, Material Safety Data Sheets and other data on all materials used on the project. The contractor shall provide all documentation necessary for any warranty registration. Contractor shall update the panel schedule to reflect any changes in breaker usage or new breakers installed.
