- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN THE AREA OF MONTGOMERY, AL AMOUNT: Approximately 8,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet and related space. Space must be contiguous and accompanied by 20 secured parking spaces and available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located outside of a flood plain, easily located from a major street or highway anywhere within the City of Montgomery, AL. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This includes availability of access to public transportation where applicable. Occupancy is required no later than October 1, 2006. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part at any time on or after the fifth year with 60 days advance written notice to the Lessor. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
