- Description
- Provide all supervision, administrative and technical support, labor, subcontractors, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment for the Estes Kefauver Federal Building Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, and Parking Garage. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective and economical operations maintenance and repair of the facilities and completion of all services for the Estes Kefauver Federal Building Building, Courthouse Annex, and Parking Garage. The NAICS Code is 561210, Size Standard $30.0 M. Contract will consist of a Base and 4 one year options. The service will be procured as a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technical Acceptable procedures. The contractor shall submit two proposals. Each proposal shall contain the offeror's best technical proposal and their best price. Part One will be the Technical Proposal. Part Two will be the Price Proposal. Proposals will be received in two separate envelopes. The factors to be evaluated are Experience, Past Performance, Management Plan and Approach, Operations and Maintenance Program, and Custodial Management Program. All factors are evaluated using the Go/No Go decisional rule. A proposal will receive a Go, Acceptable rating, if one or more elements of the offeror's proposal does not meet the minimum requirement of the standard for evaluation. Evaluation of price proposals will be based on reasonableness of the proposed price. The anticipated solicitation issue date is August 14, 2006.
