- The Inter-American Foundation (IAF), through the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Public Debt, intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for audit services of IAF grantees in Nicaragua, resulting in time and materials and/or fixed-price labor hour task orders. Among the tasks the Auditor will perform are the following: conduct audits in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and conduct orientation/initial assessments of grantees receiving IAF funds. The grant auditors must have a full time physical presence in Nicaragua. The contract will be for a base period and four one-year option periods. DESCRIPCI?N en Espanol: La Fundaci?n Interamericana, por medio del Departamento del Tesoro/Oficina de Deuda P?blica, se propone adjudicar un contrato de entrega indefinida y de cantidad indefinida para servicios de auditoria de donatarios de la IAF en Nicaragua, que resultara en pedidos de trabajo de tiempo y materiales y/o de honorarios profesionales de precio fijo. Entre las tareas el Auditor realizar?, se encuentran las siguientes: auditorias de acuerdo con los normas de auditoria gubernamental generalmente aceptadas (GAGAS) y orientaci?n/evaluaciones iniciales a proyectos que la IAF financia. El Auditor debe tener una presencia f?sica a tiempo completo en Nicaragua. El contracto ser? por un periodo base y cuatro periodos opcionales de un a?o cada uno.
