- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. M93324SS00061 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The FSC code is 4140 The North American Industry Classification System code is 337215- 500 employees. The item is as follows: ITEM 0001 QTY 590 each, (SPECS) Range Hoods, 7 inch round ducted, 30 inch wide, and stainless steel. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All Contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is www.ccr.gov . Far 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b) apply to this acquisition: (22) (24) and under Para (e) the following apply: (1), (2), (3), and (4). The following DFAR Clauses apply to this acquisition: DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b): DFAR 252.225-7035 Buy American Act ? North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act ? Balance of Payments Program Certificate; DFAR 252.225-7036 North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act; DFAR 252.232-70 09 Payment by Electronics Funds Transfer. Quotations are solicited FOB Destination to Camp Pendleton, CA. Delivery is required for all items on or before 15 August 2006. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Award is to be on an all or none basis.
