- Description: The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole source basis to the Chesapeake Sciences Corporation (CSC) for the refurbishment of a Five Octave Research Array (FORA). The FORA is a unique, highly specialized, developmental array originally manufactured by CSC under a separate contract. (See Numbered Note 22).
