- Ref PR 10182132. This is a combined synopsis/solicitaton prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contracts Department at NAWCWD Point Mugu, CA, has a requirement to procure 2 each, Single Pole, Four Throw RF Switches. Specifications are as follows: Frequency Range: 2000 to 4000 MHz; Insertion Loss: 1.5 dB Max; Isolation: 80 dB Min; VSWR: 1.5 : 1; Switching Speed: <30ns; Rise/Fall Time: <10ns; RF Connections: SMA; DC Supply: +5V and -5V; Control: TTL Logic ("1"=On, "0"=Off); Video Leakage: -60dBm Typ; 1dB Comp Pt: +20 dBm; Weight: 5 oz Max; Size: 2" x 2" x ?" Max. Note: Due to program requirements, delivery must be completed within 90 days of contract award.
