Description

The Bureau of Reclamation Northern California Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation to provide Janitorial Services at the Red Bluff Division, located at 22500 Altube Avenue, Red Bluff, California 96080. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform Janitorial Services at the Red Bluff Division. Term of contract: October 1, 2006 - September 30, 2007, with the option to extend the contract term for two (2) additional one-year periods. Award will be made to the Contractor whose offer represents the best value to to the Government based on a combination of price and technical merit including past performance. The applicable NAICS code is 561720, with a size standard of 15.0 million. Further technical information will be provided at the time the solicitation is issued. Soliciation number 06SQ230017 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 7, 2006. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is August 29, 2006. The solicitation and specifications may be downloaded at the above site. Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may register at http:www.ccr.gov. Failure to register will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offers from all responsible sources will be considered.
