Description

The work consists of restructuring the Burns Wildhorse facility. Work includes drainage improvement, a water system and dust control with a new 10,000 gallon water tank and new supply lines, a new 'horse control' area, catwalk excavation, filling, grading and drainage improvements, new fencing in corrals, perimeter and new feed bunks. Project price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 237110. Project site is located on BLM land, at the existing BLM Wildhorse Facilities on Highway 20, four miles west of Hines, Burns District, Oregon. Estimated start work is June 1, 2007 and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is August 7, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
