PRON: AX6C0340AX, NSN: 1730-00-960-4004, PN: 114E5124-1, Quantity: 14 each with two 100% Options, applicable to CH-47, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. 17070- 5001. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 14 each due 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-Time without First Article Testing is 14 each, 180 DACA. The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Alternate II clause is recom mended for this acquisition for 14 each due 225 days after contractor award (DACA). This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the technical da ta, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the s olicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
