Description

TACOM Life Cycle Management Command-Rock Island intends to negotiate on sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 with The Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership, 44 Dalliba Avenue, Watervliet, New York 12189 a no cost facilities use cont ract for services as site manager at Watervliet Arsenal located in Watervliet New York. Contract will consist of a base year and four one-year options. This requirement was previously synopsized (sources sought) on 23 March 06. This notice is not a request for proposals but is being provided for subcontracting opportunities only. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to r espond to the requirement or submit proposals. All information/proposals received by close of business on 31 Jul 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
