- Synopsis Modification The Mississippi National Guard intends to pursue the second phase of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the design and construction (design-build) of Request for Proposal (RFP W9127Q- 06-R-0003). This project is to provide design and construction of the Squad/Wing Operations Facility. The work will be located at the Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (MSANG CRTC), Gulfport, Mississippi The Phase Two solici tation is offered to the contractors selected from the Phase One competition only. The following three contractors were selected IAW Phase One solicitation criteria. The Phase Two solicitation to include Bridging documents, plans and specifications will be issued on 21 July 2006. Closing date for Phase Two solicitation is 21 August 2006, 4:00 PM Central Daylight time. Potential subcontractors interested in this project may contact t hese companies for further information. The solicitation, all amendments, and questions will only be issued via the following Internet site http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. A link to the Bridging documents can be fou nd under Plans at the preceding site. For security reasons all potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) in order to view or download the plans or drawings from the web site, which will be available at the time the Phase Two solicitation is issued.
