- White Sands Missile Range is in the process of competing the surface launch system support for research on rocket based vehicles and due to the expiration of current contract we intend to do a bridge task order contract on a sole source basis to DTI Associates, Inc., 2920 S Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22206. The contract will be for $5M for a period of five (5) months. DTI Associates is the only known source that can meet our requirement, they have proprietary rights on the design, software, hardware on the system. In addition DTI has acquired the technical experience and development process to meet the required delivery schedule. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No O ther Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties must respond by 10:00 a.m. MST, 26 July 2006 to Hortensia E.
