- Restrictions: This is a modification to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-06-Q-0050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06, dated 08 June 05. NAICS is 541330; business size is $4.5M; acquisition is 100% setaside for HUBZone business. Description of Items Requested: This is a modification to subject solicitation posted in FebBizOpps on 19 July 2006. Closing date and time remains unchanged at 04 August 06, 10:00 AM CT. Modification is issued to incorporate applicable Wage Decision for this solicitation. Wage Decision 94-2187, Revision 25, dated 05/23/2006 is hereby incorporated and made apart of this solicitation and any resulting contract. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
