- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The acquisition of this service is done using the procedures in FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3ZT836163A100, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-10 and Defense DCN 20060616. The solicitation listed here is 100% full and open competition. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U001. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8331.
