- Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for on-call apheresis services to Total Renal Care, a division of Davita Inc. Total Renal Care is the only responsible source for this service and currently holds a contract for this service with Travis AFB. They are the only source in this district able to have an on-call nurse to perform the required services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. This service is to be conducted on an as needed basis at David Grant Medical Center, Building 777, Travis AFB, CA; period of performance 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 621991 applies. SIC 8099 applies.
