- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-011. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement to two items: ITEM 1: Ten (10) Porti-Boy Mark V Embalming Machines with: maximum injection pressure range that is 80-100 psi; cabinet construction with aluminum casting; finish with nylon inside and outside; color is white; fluid capacity is 3 ? gallon glass tank; fluid reservoir base is stainless steel; has an automatic shut-off; motor is ? HP; standard voltage is 110V / 60 Hz ? 1 phase AC; power cord is 8 feet polarized and heavy duty; pump drive is mag drive with no seals; has a pulsation feature; height is 24 ? inches; depth 15 inches; width is 15 inches; and one year warranty on parts and labor. ITEM 2: Ten (10) Hypo Valve, Stainless Steel Combo Trocar with Side Hand Valve at Handle with: 18 inch working length handle and 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch barrels. THIS IS FOR SAME OR LIKE ITEM.
