Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H2B16143A100-A is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently unavailable. This is an end of year (EOY) purchase and quotes must be good till 30 September 2006. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1 Isochronal inspection stand for the left and right wing, dimensions: 135 Wing Stand Design (3 Equal Length Segments): Length: 720? Overall. Width: 125? Over Entire Stand. Inboard Height: 32?. Outboard Height: 78?. Inboard Segment: Access Ladder (Fwd Side, Outbd). Center Segment: Dry Bay Work Platform Centered on Engines 1&4, 124? L X 48? W (Removable). Outboard Segment: Access Ladder (Aft Side, Inbd) Panel Storage Area Lower Frame. These stands will be used in the inspection process of all RC-135V, RC-135W, TC-135W, TC-135S, OC-135B, WC-135C, WC-135W, RC-135U, and RC-135S aircraft at Offutt AFB, NE.
