- The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #3/ Rm. A305), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is soliciting for a HubZone contractor for a HubZone Set-aside for Install Audiology Booth. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for demolition and/or construction as indicated in drawings and specifications for project 653-06-131. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Size Standard 31.0 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer, via fax at 541-440-1276 or email: michael.fisher3@va.gov. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation will be issued on/about August 9, 2006, with a proposal response on or about September 8, 2006. The estimated project dollar amount is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at the URL address and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments at the FedBizOpp website. Please complete the solicitation mailing list available on the web site as requested with in the solicitation package. Offers will be accepted from only responsible and responsive HubZone contractor. References must be presented at the time of offer responses. Pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, August 18, 2006, at 03:30PM PST at the VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523, Bldg 10 (Engineering). Eligible parties should be present with any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation and any questions in writing for formal response. The project duration is expected to take 120 days.
