- EMERGENCY RESPONSE ARMED SECURITY GUARD SERVICE, FAA SOUTHERN REGION This is a two-phase acquisition with the intent to award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for armed security guard services for a base year and 4 option years in the event of hurricanes or other emergencies in the Southern Region (FL, GA, AL, MS, SC, NC, TN, KY, PR, & Offshore FAA Facilities). As a result of this SIR, the FAA intends to short-list firms for consideration based on technical qualifications and experience as identified in this document. Short-listed firms will then be asked to provide pricing data in response to a Request for Offers (RFO) for consideration, and multiple awards will be made based on overall best value to the FAA.
