Description
This is a two-phase acquisition with the intent to award to award indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contracts for a base year and 4 option years for requirements resulting from hurricanes or other emergencies in the Southern Region (FL, GA, AL, MS, SC, NC, TN, KY, PR, & Offshore FAA Facilities) to include, but not be limited to, the following potential work: SERVICES: Electronic Equipment Decontamination; Water Damage Mitigation including but not limited to Dewatering Capability; Food Service; Environmental Assessment; Hazardous Materials Identification/Containment/ Removal/Abatement/ Disposal/Decontamination; Building Decontamination; Building Systems Decontamination/Draying or Removal & Replacement (e.g., finishes, mechanical, electrical, furniture, computers, office equipment); Provide shipping & transportation services for equipment, material, and goods; Provide qualified environmental and hazardous materials specialists to staff event Emergency Operations Centers and participate in field assessments, operations, and restoration activities, SUPPLIES, MATERIAL, & EQUIPMENT: Fuel Acquisition & Distribution including Tanks, Fuel Pumps, Bladders, and Other Storage Containers; Tools, Consumables, Construction Equipment, Restoration Equipment, Restoration Materials; Heavy Equipment Rental (Cranes, Bulldozers, Backhoes, Tractor Trailers, Dump Trucks, Trash Bins); Barriers and Fencing; Water/Ice; Trailers for Housing/Lodging, Toilets and Showers, Laundry, Food Preparation and Service, Office Space, with Power and Other Appurtenances; Portable toilets; Portable Engine Generators; Recreational Vehicles with Satellite Access, Engine Generator, Gray Water, Black Water, and Potable Water Facilities; Propane, Diesel Fuel, Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants (POL), Solvents, and Other Chemicals Removal; Disposal including, but not limited to, Fuel Removal/Disposal; and Other Necessary Supplies, Material, and Equipment not Specifically Listed. As a result of this SIR, the FAA intends to short-list firms for consideration based on technical qualifications and experience as identified in this document. Short-listed firms will then be asked to provide pricing data in response to a Request for Offers (RFO) for consideration, and multiple awards will be made based on overall best value to the FAA. Contractors must have the capability to perform any and all work that may be requested in these categories and are requested to submit the following information in order for the technical qualifications of their firms to be evaluated. For subcontracting opportunities, the names of general contractors expressing an interest in this work will be made available. SEE ATTACHMENTS (SIR & BUSINESS DECLARATION FORM)
