- The Middle East Partnership Iniative (MEPI) provides tools to participants as they build democracies, strengthen education, empower women, and create economic opportunities. The Department of State is looking to establish an Alumni Network for those who have participated in a MEPI-sponsored programs. All those who have participated in MEPI-sponsored programs are considered alumnui, and will be invited to participate in the MEPI Alumni Network. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email to BraceyKM@state.gov by Friday, July 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Paper copies of the solicitation WILL NOT be distributed, and telephone inquiries regarding this solicitation WILL NOT be accepted. The complete solicitation, containing all information required to submit a proposal, is attached to this notice.
