Description: Scope Of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to remove / replace 2 ea steam heat exchangers for the heating system in Bldg 560 Galley. 1. Remove / Replace 2ea SU-124-2 bell and gossett steam heat exchangers for heating system in Bldg 560. The contractor shall replace any bad piping found in the connection of new exchangers. 2. The contractor shall replace all damaged lagging associated with exchangers and steam piping in the steam bundle area. 3. The contractor shall be responsible for clean up of and recycle or dispose of any material associated with this project. The contractor shall remove from Training Center.
