- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - SAMHSA IDIQ -- SAMHSA will be issuing the list of Domains, description of Domains and other information on the SAMHSA IDIQ soon. This information is being provided to the field for a period of time to allow organizations to review and provide comments on the document. When this document is released, please review and provide your comments by both email and fax to Lynn Tantardini at Lynn.Tantardini@samhsa.hhs.gov and 240-276-1510 (fax). The comments will be due by August 11, 2006. The comments received will be review by SAMHSA and a determination will be made on whether to revise the Statement of Work based on the comments received. It is the intent to issue an RFP on this requirement in September 2006. This is only a request for comments not a request for capability statement or proposals.
