- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Purchase Order on a noncompetitive basis to Exponent to provide its Food Analysis and Residue Evaluation (FARE) program including licenses, training, and technical support. The selected vendor is the sole source of this application by virtue of its rights in proprietary data. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. FDA intends to make an award five (5) days following the date of this notice. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
