Description: The U.S. Dept.of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA), intends to award a fixed price one year contract to implement and deliver general signup 33 CRP for 13 counties within the four states of North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Washington. In this instance it's the contractor's technical plan, not costs FSA will use as the basis for an award. The contractor shall provide a conservation plan, aerial photographs, job sheets, and a environmental review for the assignment FSA will furnish. The period of performance is the award date through September 30, 2006.
