- The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional clarification. 1. Item (xv) "Commerce Business Daily numbered note 1 applies to this acquisition" needs to be REMOVED from this Synopsis/Solicitation. 2. The USMC Fleece Jacket/Pant requirement is a black fleece jacket and black fleece bib pant, previously used brand was PolarTech. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUL-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
