- This amendment is issued to correct the NAICS code and the website listed in the body of the original notice. The NAICS code is changed to 561210 with a size standard of $32.5 million. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered in CCR and certified as small business for that NAICS code to be eligible for award. The web address listed at the end of the paragraph should read www.fbo.gov to find the solicitation and amendments when released. Target for release remains July 11, 2006. ORIGINAL NOTICE: Provide firearms related support services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) facility located at Glynco, Georgia. The services to be provided under this contract will include but not limited to (i) Issue/receipt/ accountability of firearms, ammunition, and related training equipment; (ii) weapon/ammunition storage/inventory; (iii) stocking firing ranges/weapons cleaning rooms; (iv) training equipment cleaning/repair/maintenance; (v) bullet fragment removal/recycling; and (vi) some janitorial services. The Contractor will be required to provide all management, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies required to and have some in-depth knowledge of weapons and ammunition issue/receipt services to support critical law enforcement training provided at the FLETC facility. NAICS Code 561990 is used for this project with a size standard of $6.5 Million. Contract will be awarded with a 12-month base period (October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007) and four additional one-year option periods. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The solicitation LGL06R00011 will be issued on or about July 11, 2006. Bid and Performance Bonds will be required in the sum of 20% bid amount/awarded amount. One site visit will be established; date and time will be listed in solicitation. This solicitation will only be available on the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov and find the above mentioned solicitation number.
