- The following Pre-solicatation has been extended until June 22, 2006. PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT SUBPART: SERVICES CLASSCOD: 7349 Roof Repair at The Pentagon OFFADD: WHS Acquisition and Procurement Office, 400 Army Navy Drive Arlington VA 22310. SUBJECT: Roof Repair Heating and Refrigeration Plant. REF: Solicitation HQ0034-06-R-1037. DUE: June 8, 2006 09:00 Am (Et) POC: Rodger Owen Young, 703-602-2591 (voice) EMAIL Rodger.young@whs.mil SYNOPOSIS FOR SERVICES DESC: Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition and Procurement Office 400 Army Navy Drive, Arlington VA, 22310 intends to award a, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition. The award will open market to the lowest price technically offerors. The NAICS code is 238160. The service will be totally set aside for small business. The service being procured is: Roof repair at the Pentagon, Heating and Refrigeration Plant, per Statement of Work (SOW) attached in Solicitation. Work to be complete within 120-days after Notice to Proceed. Three (3) repair options are available. Please provide a quote on one or all three options. The Contractor will furnish, Install and provide all labor, Supervision to perform roof repair at the Heating and Refrigeration plant, Pentagon. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160. The size standard is $13.0 M. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete proposal that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
