- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for military curriculum course development and conversion into web-based distance learning modules for the Air Force Squadron Officer College at Maxwell AFB, AL. Prospective vendors must have extensive experience in both advanced educational curriculum development support and course curriculum conversion into an internet-based environment. This is expected be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $21,000,000. The entire finalized RFP #FA3300-06-R-0019 will be available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov/, on or about 10 July 2006. A preliminary draft copy of the RFP will be posted prior to the finalized version. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available; you may download the RFP and submit your proposal as required. Once the finalized RFP is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Questions regarding the RFP must be received in writing via email by 17 July 2006 and a consolidated listing of questions and answers will be posted on this website on or about 24 July 2006. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offerors responding to the RFP must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system, which can be accomplished via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://www.wawf.eb.mil, and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov.
